Project Description
Nick Muccitelli, one of the top real estate agents in Napa Valley, wants to have a modern-looking website to showcase his listings and help his clients transact wine country property (including residential, commercial, vineyard and winery, and land development opportunities).
Major accomplishments:
- MLS integration – set up the IMPress for IDX Broker plugin to fetch live data from BAREIS MLS.
- Modified templates to display/showcase listings with a map on a page.

8 Weeks Out
Website Rebuild | API Integration with KEAP (Infusionsoft) and ShipStation
Project Description
8 Weeks Out, a fitness and physical preparation website, needed help with rebuilding its website, fixing deprecation issues in its custom plugin called INFPlugin, and automating the process of pulling orders from Keap (formerly Infusionsoft, a CRM platform for managing sales and marketing) and sending them to ShipStation (a cloud-based software for managing orders and automating shipping).
Major accomplishments:
- Website Rebuild: The current theme was outdated, had numerous deprecation issues, and wasn’t compatible with the latest version of PHP (PHP 8). The best approach was to switch to the Divi theme, which offers long-term customer support and adheres to modern standards. The challenge was that some pages used custom post types, which couldn’t be built with the Divi builder, so I created custom PHP templates to display the data on those pages. These pages were structured with custom post types and ACF (Advanced Custom Fields).
- Custom Plugin Fixes: The INFPlugin had several deprecated functions causing errors. These were updated to work with the latest PHP standards, fixing bugs and improving functionality.
- Order Automation: Set up an automated workflow to pull orders from Keap and send them directly to ShipStation, reducing manual work and streamlining the order fulfillment process.
The biggest challenge was adapting to Keap’s deprecation of Legacy API keys, which required switching to their new Service Account Keys (SAK) for API integration. This transition was challenging because the old method was well-documented, while the new method is still in the early stages of documentation.

WooCommerce Integration with J&T Express
Project Description
Belo Essentials, a dermatology/skincare line, has an existing eCommerce website (powered by WooCommerce). Their requirement is to make their eCommerce website integrated with J&T Express (one of the most popular courier/delivery service companies here in the Philippines).
Major accomplishments:
- Address API – Customized their checkout form — replaced WooCommerce default address fields with J&T Express address fields.
- Create Order API – Created a webhook that will be called once the customer orders product/s within the website. The hook will basically get and send the order details from Belo Essentials website to J&T Express platform.
- Cancel Order API – Created a webhook that will be called once the admin of the website canceled an order. The hook will basically send a cancel order request to J&T Express platform.
- Track Order API – Created a webhook that will be called once the customer or the admin of the website track an order. The hook will basically send a track order request to J&T Express, J&T Express will then return the specific order tracking details.

- The client doesn’t have a design/mockup of the website that they want to build, so I helped them brainstorm what the look and feel of their website (based on the nature of their business — a retreat place, their visual identity — logo, typography, color palette, etc.).
- The majority of my effort really is on designing the website’s front-end — making sure that the design and layout for each page will be appealing to visitors (their potential customers) and fully responsive on mobile & tablet devices.

Synapse provides professional bookkeeping and accounting services for business professionals, and a lightweight website is needed to promote their services effectively.
Major accomplishments:
- They already had a logo, and my task was to create a website mockup along with vector elements that stayed consistent with the logo’s design. The major challenge for me was to ensure the design remained clean, flat, and simple—just as they requested—without overcomplicating the visual appeal.
- Once they approved the website mockup, I immediately transitioned to website development, focusing on building a fast and lightweight site. My goal was to make sure the site achieved high-performance scores across tools like GTmetrix and Pingdom to guarantee a great user experience.
